To ensure transparency and possibility for effective remedy, the General Election Commission should be required to publish full preliminary and final results, disaggregated by polling station, online in a comprehensive and timely manner and the law should provide time to challenge the final results as published by the Commission. The published results should comprise all relevant polling data, including registered voters, votes cast per candidate and blank votes, as well as numbers of received and spoilt ballots, to allow an independent scrutiny of the results.
