The slow process of counting postal, absentee and tendered ballots and the central control check and tabulation of data from all PSC results protocols in the MCC in Sarajevo should be accelerated and a shorter deadline for producing the final election results established. The BiH Election Law could be improved by removing the obligation for running candidates to submit property statements, while maintaining this obligation for all elected candidates at the beginning and expiry of their mandates.
